WINE TRAIL & VINEYARD LUNCH DAY TOUR
Reserve your place on our unique tour. We've chosen the Pipers Brook wine region which has fine well established small and large vineyards with an
excellent variety of wine styles on tasting. Explore 5 to 6 welcoming wineries.
Your lunch, at the cosy Pipers Brook Vineyard Cafe includes a delicious vineyard platter, fresh Tasmanian produce with a glass of Pipers Brook premium wine
and excellent coffee.
We depart Launceston following the Tamar River on its eastern shoreline and travel northeast to the township of Lilydale. Around the rolling
hills of Lebrina into the Pipers Brook valley we enter Tasmania's premier wine region.
The wineries are carefully selected to provide you with a good overview of Tasmanian cool climate wine styles and varieties. From the tiny
vineyards with the oldest vines to the large winery estates you'll be suprised at the quality and character of wines on tasting.
Our journey continues west-ward after our lazy lunch, we cross the Batman Bridge with grand views of the Tamar River. Finally we visit two small
vineyards and return to Launceston with a stop at Brady's Lookout for a panoramic view of the river.
Have some fun with an uncomplicated wine tasting lesson! Nothing too serious!
